Pros & cons
Pros
- Publishes exact prices and session lengths for every service, from a free 15-minute consult to a 90-minute $125 session.
- States a specific refund policy in the FAQ rather than staying silent on it.
- Offers both in-person and virtual formats for coaching and Reiki.
Cons
- The wellness community membership requires a 3-month initial commitment before switching to month-to-month.
- Membership refunds are granted only in extreme circumstances such as hospitalization, not for a simple change of mind.
- No published price for employee wellness or school trainings; these require a direct inquiry.
