Pros & cons
Pros
- Advisor profiles show rates, availability and review totals before you connect.
- Publishes a satisfaction policy, so a session that goes badly is a credit request rather than an argument.
- Chat, phone and video all run from one account.
Cons
- The standard rate reached $13.99 a minute in our 18-profile sample once the intro rate ended.
- Intro offers rotate, so the headline price you arrived on may not be the one at checkout.
- Hundreds of advisor profiles reuse the same vocabulary, which makes them hard to tell apart.
