Pros & cons
Pros
- Text chat means you can have a reading without speaking to anyone out loud.
- You keep the exchange in writing.
- The $0.99-per-minute rate is stated up front and chat is available around the clock in both mobile apps.
Cons
- Per-minute billing still runs while you type and wait for a reply, so set a time limit before opening the chat.
- No stable public roster count was available for comparison with larger services.
- The service publishes a top-two-percent screening claim, but no detailed customer refund route was captured.
