Pros & cons
Pros
- Live video is a first-class format here rather than an afterthought, which matters if you want to see who you are talking to.
- Rates are shown on advisor cards before you connect, even though the account itself uses credits.
- Well-built app on both platforms, with readers reviewable before you book.
Cons
- Tipping is a strong norm on the platform, so the displayed rate can understate what a session costs.
- The credit balance makes direct price comparison harder than a plain per-minute charge.
- The app tops you up in two taps, which is convenient in exactly the wrong way.
