Pros & cons
Pros
- The recorded-video lane costs $12 for 24-hour delivery or $18 for one-hour delivery, so that purchase has no running meter.
- The reply is saved, so you can come back to it later instead of relying on memory.
- Live video is also available from $0.99 a minute when you want a real-time conversation.
Cons
- The fixed $12 or $18 price applies to the asynchronous recorded answer, not the live-video lane.
- Follow-up messaging exists, but an extended exchange or a live session can add to the initial spend.
- Per-answer pricing adds up fast if a single question turns into five.
