Pros & cons
Pros
- Live chat and video are both available in the iOS and Android apps.
- Each reader shows a rate and public client reviews before you connect.
- The five-minute introductory package gives new users a short, defined first try.
Cons
- Observed reader rates span $2.99 to $28.99 a minute, so the advisor choice changes the budget dramatically.
- The $4.99 introductory package ends after five minutes and then the selected reader's standard rate applies.
- This is per-minute billing, so a longer live conversation can overrun a planned spend.
